"Fantastic Experience Overall."
Had been looking for a specific type of corbel for over two years. Couldn't find one with a modern look and size needed. Architectural Depot was able to custom-size one of their designs to fit my project. A phone call to customer service provided a discount code as well. (Did not originally show up online as was a custom order) Had the finished product within two weeks of my order.

"Quality, Cost and Convenience!"
The convenience, selection, quality and price are just a few of my favorite things about Architectural Depot. Items that give you an upgrade to your home while increasing the value.

We chose a specialized molding to fit where we raised our ceilings. The AD customer service representative was a big help! Figuring how many linear feet we needed including waste components.

"I wanted new shutters"
I wanted new shutters, ours were over 30 years old and faded. I ordered the samples and picked a new color. Everything came promptly and in great condition. My husband put them up in about three hours. I had ordered 10 pairs. They look great! Very happy with my purchase.

Had an issue with some missing ceiling beams in shipment. Kody Goss worked on getting me replacements in record time. Great job from everyone involved at Architectural Depot. Ceiling beams are the most realistic wood look beams you'll ever see.

Great folks to deal with through Sam and customer service.
They shipped across the country for free with no charge, no damage, and no problem
The product is as advertised and definitely looks a lot more substantial than the local big box store competitor’s vinyl shutters
I would purchase from this company again without hesitation.

“It is a scam. They do not have their products in stores and once you get the product, it is easy to see why because the products look like crap. Then they will only issue credit not a refund. So you are stuck with product. Do not buy from Architecdtural Depot.”
