"Color was actually spot on"
I ordered shutters from architecturaldepot after spending way too long comparing colors on my laptop at the kitchen table, and I was a little nervous they’d look different in person. You know how online photos can be kind of hit or miss depending on lighting and all that. But the color ended up matching the online sample really well, maybe even better than I expected. We had just been trying to get everything to work with our trim and siding, so I was relieved when they showed up and actually looked right. Shipping was fine, no real issues there, but the biggest thing for me was the color being accurate. Overall, I’m happy with them

"Fit my space well"
I just set it up recently, so it’s still fresh in my mind, but it fit my space well. The measurements seemed close enough to what I expected, and I didn’t have any trouble getting it where I needed it...

They did answer my question in the end, so I can’t really complain too much, but it definitely took longer than I expected. They weren’t rude or anything like that, just slow getting back to me. Seems like customer service everywhere is always a waiting game these days.

"Actually had what I needed!!!"
I needed a few corbels super last minute, and Architectural Depot actually had them in stock!! Such a relief... Other sites kept acting like they had them, then suddenly showed backorder after checkout, which drives me nuts!!! Ordering was quick, and I got the confirmation right away. Happy with the whole thing!!

Getting the samples first really helped. I could see the trims in person, compare them where they were actually going, and quickly knew which one looked right. Made the whole decision way easier.

I had to send back a couple of pieces because I, uh, definitely ordered the wrong size. The return instructions were easy to follow, and customer service got back to me within about a day, so that part was totally fine. I’m giving 4 stars mainly because I had to pay for return shipping, which kind of stung a little. But the refund came through without any problems, so overall, not a big deal

i was able to find what i needed, but the site felt a little slow. the filters also weren’t the clearest, so it took a bit longer than expected. checkout was fine though. not a bad experience overall, just wish it was easier to use.

I like the overall look and the styles are mostly nice, but a few pieces feel kind of plain and that’s a little annoying. It’s not bad at all, just not as exciting as I was hoping

"Shipping cost was actually clear before I ordered"
I actually appreciated that Architectural Depot showed the shipping cost before I paid. There wasn’t some weird surprise charge popping up at the very end, which happens way too often on other sites.
My order showed up when they said it would, and the total matched what I saw at checkout. It’s a simple thing, but it actually made me feel a lot more comfortable ordering from them. I’d use them again.

"Decent selection, kind of clunky to browse"
I checked out Architectural Depot mainly because they have a really big mix of stuff. Like trim, shutters, vents, and all those exterior house things you don’t always know the name of. That part was good, because there’s a lot to pick from. But also, it was a little annoying to sort through everything. A bunch of items looked almost the same to me, and I kept having to click back and forth to figure out sizes and styles. Maybe if you already know exactly what you need, it’s not so bad. For just browsing around, though, it felt kind of not smooth. Overall I’d say it was okay. Not terrible, not amazing. Just a average shopping experience for me.

I ordered a pair of shutters, they were exactly like the description said. The size, color, and material all matched what was shown on the site. What more can you really ask for? They showed up with no weird surprises, which is always a relief. Happy with the order overall

"Custom order turned out good"
I ordered a custom piece from Architectural Depot and I’ll admit I was kind of nervous at first, mostly because custom stuff can go sideways even when it probably shouldn’t. But they got the measurements right and sent enough updates that I wasn’t sitting there wondering what was going on. It did take a little while, but I guess that makes sense since it wasn’t something off the shelf. When it arrived, it was packed really well and fit the way I needed it to. So yeah, overall I’m happy with it and I’d order from them again.

"Fair Refund Process"
I ordered a part that turned out not to fit properly, so I ended up needing a refund. It wasn’t instant—I waited a few days and had to send one follow-up email, but they did respond and the refund came through just like they said it would. that’s all I really expect: if something doesn’t work out, just handle it fairly and treat the customer right. Not perfect, but decent and no major hassle in the end. 4 stars.

"Held up better than I thought"
I ordered some exterior trim from architecturaldepot it’s been better than I expected. We’ve already had a mix of rain and some hot sun, so I was kind of watching to see if it would start warping or cracking, but so far it still looks good. Once it was installed, it felt really sturdy too, which was a nice surprise. I don’t know, it just seems like solid quality, and I’d definitely order from them again...

I ordered some trim and it looked good when it showed up, but painting it ended up being more of a project than I was expecting. A few areas didn’t take the primer evenly, so I had to stop and do some extra sanding before moving on. It wasn’t a disaster or anything, and it looked okay after two coats, but it definitely wasn’t as quick and easy as the site made it sound. Part of it was probably bad timing too, since I was trying to get it done before guests came over, so every extra step felt more annoying than it normally would have

The box showed up dented, which made me feel a little stuck wondering if I should deal with a return or just keep it. Luckily, the item inside was okay, so I ended up keeping it.

I always get a little nervous when a package shows up with any damage, since I’ve had bad luck with crushed boxes before. This one was packed really well, though. The box had one small crushed corner, but everything inside was fine, so I was relieved.
